Hello Phildelphia User group members,

I will be helping out at the Engage User Community Booth 29 & 30 on Monday, April 12 from 12:30 pm - 1:30 pm. Stop by and say hello.

March Recap
Andrea from Exact taught a lesson on Scheduling. The following was the agenda.

  • Preferences – Calculate remaining hours
  • Shift setup- options/rules and deduct from scheduling & holidays
  • Work Center Capacity (updating schedule based on employee vacation days)
  • Job Entry (importance of good routings)
  • Time Entry (how does entering the correct time and qty affect the reschedule, and what does checking the w/c complete do)
