We are looking for a NEW Midwest User Community Leader!

Requirements of a User Group Leader/President:

  • Host a minimum of three (3) meetings per calendar year
  • Plan agenda with assistance from Exact software personnel
  • Participate in Webinars/marketing activities to encourage user community participation
  • Provide location and assist with logistical needs
  • Record registrations prior to meeting and actual attendance for each meeting
  • Work with Exact Software personnel to provide information for e-mails to user group members
  • Provide meeting summary or minutes to Exact Software personnel
  • Provide any user community website updates to Exact Software personnel
  • Attend and participate in annual user conference (One free registration will be provided to each user group leader. Travel and accommodations are at leader/president expense)

What Exact will provide:

  • Email invitations to all customers within user community area approximately one month prior to meeting date
  • Email reminder invitations approximately one week prior to user commuunity meeting
  • Regular surveys of members to determine agenda or provide other pertinent information to user group leader/president
  • Post minutes or summary provided by leader/president to the user community website
  • Encourage customers to participate in the user community meetings
  • Assist with agenda planning
  • Provide resource for meetings (participation virtually as needed and onsite participation at one meeting per year as mutually agreed upon)
  • NOTE: Incentives will be disbursed after leader requirements have been demonstrated and reviewed annually for achievement of specified requirements.

User Community Leader/President Incentives:

  • One(1) annual user conference registration fee (excludes travel, hotel, and incidentals)
  • $1,000 worth of free training on a space available basis in any live online class (does not include onsite training, onsite consulting or custom programming services)
  • $1,000 in product coupons which may be applied toward additional product seats or modules
